Preparation instructions:
Step 1: Soak the dried seaweed in water so it naturally expands and softens. (Spirulina: 5-10 minutes, Flake seaweed: 30 minutes, Tube seaweed: 60 minutes)
Step 2: Take the seaweed out, rinse it again, then gently squeeze it by hand to remove excess salt or impurities. Then drain.
Step 3: Boil water, add vinegar or a few slices of ginger, then briefly blanch the seaweed for 1-3 minutes to remove smell and soften it.
Step 4: Take the seaweed out and immediately soak it in cold/iced water to keep it crisp. Drain, then cut it into pieces as desired before cooking (the leftover portion can be stored in the freezer).
Storage: Keep in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place.
