• Provide accurate information
• You are responsible for password security
• One account per user

3. Orders and payment

• Prices in VND, includes VAT where applicable
• Payment via VNPay/MoMo/ZaloPay/COD/counter
• Order confirmed upon successful payment

4. Returns

5. Limitation of liability

Thuần Nhiên is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use beyond the order value.

6. Governing law

Governed by Vietnam law. Disputes resolved at courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
